Every participant is responsible for getting a visa.
Usually the majority of countries don’t need a visa to enter to Bali. Tourist visa is provided on arrival.
The corona situation made the rules have changed and are in constantly change until today.
Nonetheless, each participant needs to be sure about his/her country regulations in order to enter Indonesia.


The corona regulations are up to the Indonesian Government.

The included accommodation is a shared double room. An upgrade to a single room can be made and price difference have to be paid separately.

Is the health insurance mandatory?

Yes, it is mandatory to travel with a health insurance that can be either a travel health insurance or the health insurance of your own country if it covers you outside your country.

How much is a flight to Bali?

Depending how long in advance you book your flight and how lucky you are to find it.
Flights can vary between 400 € and 1000 € (for a return).
TIP! Consider that prices changes day to day, and morning to evening. We highly recommend you check everyday and in different places/hours before you book!

What do I need to know about Bali?

Airport pickup

Airport pickups can be arranged but have to be paid directly to the driver, a reliable transportation service for a fair price can be recommended.
